Before connecting with Breslauer & Warren, I was feeling very intimidated about my lack of knowledge of diamonds and all things engagement rings. That changed pretty much as soon as Petroula emailed me to set up a consultation appointment. Our pre-appointment communication was very relaxed, and she asked some very good questions that put me at ease about who I was dealing with.
I would suggest you browse their website and definitely take a look at the Custom Jewellery Design Handbook to give yourself some fundamentals about rings and all the lingo, etc. It's also a handy tool for when you're talking to your significant other about what they like in a ring....
Anyhoo..back to the review. Upon meeting Petroula at our consultation, I instantly knew I had made the right choice in coming to Breslauer & Warren. She was very easy going, answered all my questions (usually before I asked them - she's that good) and gave me all the info I needed to be able to create the ring that would and did sweep my fiance off her feet. Richard was also available to provide additional suggestions and information about my diamond selection.
The ring arrived in the time frame given to me and at the price I was quoted.
